Terms of Service

Welcome to FlowLearn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowLearn iOS app and the flowlearn.app website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use FlowLearn

You may use FlowLearn if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you may only use FlowLearn with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

Some features rely on your device and iCloud account to sync your progress. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account and for keeping your device secure. Choose a display name and content that are respectful and lawful.

3. Subscriptions and billing

FlowLearn offers an optional paid subscription ("FlowLearn Plus"). Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Learning content and AI

FlowLearn can generate lessons and explanations using automated systems. While we work hard to make them accurate and useful, AI-generated content may contain mistakes. FlowLearn is an educational aid, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Always verify important information independently.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. In particular, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, use it to generate unlawful or harmful content, infringe others' rights, or access it through unauthorized means.

6. Intellectual property

FlowLearn, its branding, and the app's original content are owned by us and protected by law. Lessons you create for your own use remain yours; by using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and process that content to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
