Privacy Policy

FlowLearn is built to be calm, focused, and respectful of your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your profile. A display name and avatar you choose, plus optional settings like your daily goal and appearance.
- Learning activity. Your lessons, progress, streaks, XP, and which topics you study, so we can sync your progress and personalize what you see.
- Content you create. Topics and prompts you give FlowLearn to generate lessons.
- Diagnostics. Basic, aggregated app performance and crash information to keep FlowLearn stable.
We do not sell your personal data, and we don't use it to build advertising profiles.
How your data is stored
Your progress is stored on your device and synced through your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. We don't have access to your iCloud credentials.
AI features
When you generate a lesson, the topic or prompt you provide is sent to our processing service (and the AI providers powering it) solely to produce that lesson. We don't use your prompts to train third-party models beyond what's needed to return your result.
Subscriptions
Payments and subscription status are handled by the Apple App Store and our subscription provider (Adapty). We receive your subscription status, not your payment details.
Friends and sharing
If you invite friends or share your profile (for example via a QR code or invite link), the link contains an invite code or your chosen handle so the recipient can connect with you. You control whether to share these.
Your choices
- Edit or remove your profile details at any time in the app.
- Turn off reminders, sounds, and haptics in Settings.
- Delete your account and associated cloud data from Settings → Delete account.
Children
FlowLearn is intended for general audiences. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children where prohibited by law. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the date above when we do.
